Each year a variety of groups host a dinner, meeting or reception in conjunction with the Wisconsin State Music Education Conference.

Interested in Hosting A Meeting, Dinner or Reception?
The Wisconsin State Music Conference is a great place to meet up with friends, colleagues, potential clients and alumni. Many organizations, universities and groups already work through WMEA to host an event right at Monona Terrace and the Hilton Hotel, while others choose to host an event at another location in Madison but still publicize their event through our conference advertising. Events range from receptions, meetings, a meal and more!

- Conference event app
- On the video monitors during the conference
Events must be registered no later than September 15, 2017 for inclusion in these publications.
Depending on the location of your event and non-profit/school status there may be a small fee associated with registering your event with the conference as outlined below. Commercial opportunities to host an event are open to current exhibitors only.
