The Conference App

The Wisconsin State Music Conference uses EventMobi to create our Conference App. (https://eventmobi.com/wistatemusicconf2024/) This app provides Apple and Android users the option to download one single app that will provide them access to the event information. Attendees may also view the app on their computers through a standard browser window (Safari, Chrome, etc.)

What can I do in the Conference App?

• Access Information and Connect with Colleagues
  • Session information
    • Date, Time, Location (pinned to the map!)
    • Descriptions
    • Tracks (band, choral, orchestra, etc.)
    • Speakers, presiders, and panelists
    • Documents
  • Exhibitors
    • View contact information
    • Add to your favorites
    • Add notes
  • Attendees
    • Add information about yourself and include a picture
      • Click on the profile icon in the top right corner to access
    • See if your friends are also attending
    • Send them a message!
  • Maps
    • Monona Terrace: session rooms, exhibit hall
    • Overture Center
    • Verona Area High School Performing Arts Center
  • Documents
    • Save all of your session and exhibitor documents!
  • Announcements
    • Watch for announcements about special events, updates, and reminders

• Create your own schedule
  • To create the schedule:
    • Find a Session you want to attend
    • Select the “+ Add to Your Schedule” option
  • To view your schedule, visit the homepage or:
    • Click on the profile icon in the top right corner
    • Click on the sessions button
    • View your schedule
