Upload/Submit Session Materials
- Headshot – Due 9/15/20
High resolution JPEG or TIFF file.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure your photo file name includes your name.
- Submit Panel Member Names (as necessary) – Due for printed program 9/11/20
Please submit as First and Last name, City. Email Kerrie Brey.
- Upload Your Session Handouts – Due 10/15/20
All session handouts are made available online to conference attendees.
Accepted formats include pdf, doc, docx, xlsx, ppt, pptx, png, jpeg and jpg.
Label your files as follows: Presenter Last Name_Presenter First Name_Session Name OR abbreviation_Document Number (example: Brey_Kerrie_EngagingLearningsinMusicEd_1, Brey_Kerrie_EngagingLearnersinMusicEd_2, etc.).
You may also provide paper copies of your materials for attendees if you wish. Any printing or copying at conference must be done through Monona Terrace and is the responsibility of the presenter.
