Host A Meeting, Dinner or Reception During Conference
The Wisconsin State Music Conference is a great place to meet up with friends, colleagues, potential clients and alumni. Many organizations, universities and groups already work through WMEA to host an event right at Monona Terrace, while others choose to host an event at another location in Madison but still publicize their event through our conference advertising. Events range from receptions, meetings, a meal and more!
All events registered through the Event Registration Form will be published in the conference event app.
Events registered by September 1 are guaranteed to be included in the conference printed program.
Depending on the location of your event and non-profit/school status there may be a small fee associated with registering your event with the conference as outlined below. Commercial opportunities to host an event are open to current exhibitors only.
