Purpose of the Award:
To recognize significant contributions made to the school and community through the support of music education.
Who is Eligible:
- Any community member
- A person who has been supportive by volunteering time, talent or funds consistently for music education in the school and/or community (often a parent, private teacher or other interested volunteer)
Criteria:
Information gathered by nominators should include:
- Offices held, responsibilities or volunteer activities related to music groups in the school or community.
- Current and past contributions to school and/or community music activities.
- Personal statements regarding the importance of the nominee’s contributions.
- Any other supportive information about the nominee that you can provide.
Deadline:
All materials must be submitted by July 1
