Registration/Check-in Hours Conference Name Badge: Name badge (provided at check-in) must be worn at all times and allows admittance to all Wisconsin State Music Conference sessions, exhibits and concerts held within Monona Terrace including the WSMA High School Honors Jazz Concert. Name tag is NOT valid for: A refund of conference pre-registration fees will be issued, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if notice is received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the Wisconsin State Music Conference. No refund of conference pre-registration fees will be issued if cancellation is received fourteen (14) days or less prior to the beginning of the Wisconsin State Music Conference.
