The Wisconsin State Music Conference is a great place to meet up with friends, colleagues, potential clients, and alumni. Many organizations, universities, and other groups already work through WMEA to host an event at Monona Terrace. Other organizations choose to host an event at another location in Madison and publicize their event through our conference advertising. Events could include receptions, meeting, meals, and more.
All events registered through the Event Registration Form will be published in the Wisconsin State Music Conference program booklet and event app, as well as onsite during the conference on the rotating monitors. Depending on the location of your event and non-profit/school status, there may be a small conference event registration fee, as outlined below. Commercial opportunities to host an event are open to current exhibitors only. Please register your event no later than September 1.
Free • Non-profits, universities and colleges hosting an event at Monona Terrace. All catering, audio & visual and internet costs not included.
$50.00 • Non-profits, universities and colleges hosting an event NOT at Monona Terrace.
$75.00 • Commercial Companies hosting an event at Monona Terrace. All catering, audio & visual and internet costs not included.
$90.00 • Commercial Companies hosting an event NOT at Monona Terrace.
